Manual quick-add covers a social message, personal text, referral, or walk-in without claiming an automatic connection.

The scattered-request problem

The problem is not always getting more leads. It is remembering who still needs a reply.

A form lands in email. A missed call sits in the phone system. A quote request gets forwarded. RequestBeacon puts supported notifications in one list so the owner can follow up.

The owner stays in the conversation.
RequestBeacon keeps the opportunity visible. It never contacts the customer.

Simple by design

Connect. Get alerted. Follow up.

Who it fits

Best when an owner or teammate follows up.

We review every proposed source before activation. A good workflow still needs a testable route.

1–5

Small, hands-on team

One owner and a small team share responsibility for incoming requests.

10–50

Steady monthly requests

Enough volume for memory and email flags to become unreliable.

Focused source routes

A few notification feeds can be tested, authorized, and standardized.

Plain answers

Know exactly what you are getting.

Clear scope, clear limits, no hidden automation.

Does RequestBeacon respond to customers?

No. RequestBeacon alerts and reminds the business. The owner or a named teammate makes every customer call or sends every customer email.

Is this a CRM?

No. It is intentionally simpler: one request list, fixed statuses, one reminder, source health, and a factual weekly summary.

Does it work with every website, phone provider, or inbox?

No. Each proposed notification feed must pass compatibility testing before activation.

Do you read my entire mailbox?

No. Initial email capture uses selected inquiry forwarding rather than full-mailbox access.

What counts as a feed?

One feed is one specific, configured, tested notification route—not an entire software platform.

What happens over 50 requests?

We review the volume before renewal. There is no silent discard and no surprise overage during founding validation.

Are social messages automatic?

No. Social messages, personal texts, referrals, and walk-ins can be added manually in the founding version.

What does activation cover?

Compatibility confirmation, connection, testing, configuration, and a straightforward walkthrough.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. The founding offer is month to month, subject to the final service terms.

What if I want automatic customer replies?

That is not RequestBeacon. Review Lead Rescue, the separate managed service for an approved first-response workflow.

Does RequestBeacon guarantee more jobs?

No. It keeps supported requests visible and records what the business reports; it does not guarantee delivery, bookings, sales, revenue, or return on investment.
