A minimum-data public preview.
This notice describes what the current RequestBeacon website does. Separate service terms and privacy terms will be provided before any live customer activation.
Current website behavior
The public preview uses fictional fixtures and local browser state for interactive demonstrations. It has no public compatibility submission, customer account, source connection, customer communication, or billing flow.
The hosting platform may process ordinary connection information needed to serve and protect the website.
Intended business information
A future compatibility review may request an authorized representative’s name, business name, work email, website when relevant, approximate request volume, proposed feeds, current notification provider, and optional business context.
Marketing consent must remain separate, optional, and unchecked.
Intended request data
The narrow service is designed for a source-supplied name, phone or email, source label, short request description, source and capture times, owner-recorded status, one reminder, an owner note, and an activity history.
Customer relationships and inquiry data remain the client’s. Export and deletion processes must be finalized before live processing.
Data not requested
Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment or bank data, identity documents, credentials, medical or legal details, insurance claims, access codes, children’s data, attachments, or unnecessary exact addresses.
Retention and rights
Production retention periods, request handling, deletion timing, legal bases, regional rights, and contact channels still require provider and professional review before live customer processing.
